About Libby Mccraw

Healthcare executive with more than 20 years of acute care/physical health experience and more than 5 years of experience in a managed care organization; responsible for the general operations and day-to-day activities of Partners Health Management, which employs over 900 employees in our 15 county service area. As a lifelong resident of North Carolina, Libby remains committed to Improving Lives and Strengthening Communities for the members we serve.Partners Health Management is a local managed care organization (LME/MCO), providing access to care for individuals in 15 counties of central and western North Carolina’s with the most complex health care needs. Partners manages Medicaid, state and local funding for intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health, substance use disorder, and traumatic brain injury (MH/SUD/IDD/TBI) services in our covered areas. Effective July 1, 2024, Partners now operates one of North Carolina’s four Tailored Plans and will manage their members’ physical health and pharmacy services in addition to their behavioral health, IDD and TBI services.
