With over 25 years of experience in leading and delivering impactful, large-scale global transformations, I bring a unique blend of deep expertise in change management and strategy execution. My journey began at Accenture, where I honed my skills in navigating the complexities of organizational change. After leading North Highland's Atlanta Change Management practice, I took on the challenge of Global VP of Change Management at Assurant. Most recently, I served as the Global Change and Strategy Leader for Habitat for Humanity International. As the Change Management Practice Lead at Stratfield Consulting, I am committed to crafting pragmatic strategies that empower our clients to thrive during their transformations. In addition to overseeing day-to-day practice operations and recruiting top-tier change management resources, I actively engage as a skilled facilitator, coach, and communicator, thriving in navigating complexity and ambiguity.Outside of my professional pursuits, I find fulfillment in giving back to my community. I'm actively involved with several non-profits focused on empowering women and girls. Fun fact: I donated a kidney to a stranger, which was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. A Midwest native, I now call Dunwoody home, where I live with my husband Jeff, our two kids, a dog, and two cats. In my free time, you can find me cheering loudly at my kids’ baseball and flag football games, celebrating their victories (and learning moments) with joy!
