- Social media management across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.- Creation of graphics and design work for campaigns. - Capturing images and video content for use on social channels. - Live posting from outreach events, ambassador group meetings, and other events.- Monitoring channel analytics and creating impact reports on campaigns and report launches. - Staying up-to-date with trends and new features across the platforms we are based on.- Assisting with the creation of monthly podcast episodes, including filming and editing TikTok content, and creating promotional materials. - Updating the website with blogs, articles and consultations within Essex.

IntoTurn1 is a page on Instagram and TikTok where I share content based around motorsport. Content ranges from educational (pre-race information, latest news, motorsport definitions) to entertaining content around things that have happened during a race weekend.

For the 2024 season, I was taken on as work experience with the Diagonal Comms team, working at British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) weekends. This involved:- Social media content creation.- Live posting on Instagram stories across the weekend. - Conducting post-session interviews with drivers.- Filming & editing "questions with the drivers" content.

Dealt with financial transactions, kept the shop floor tidy, assisted customers with finding bags to suit their specific needs, gave information about luggage (including knowledge of airline size and weight allowances) and provided product information on our stock.
