I am a women's yoga instructor, wellbeing expert, influencer and speaker. I am committed to informing, supporting and building communities of women at different stages of life (from pregnancy to post partum to menopause) such that every woman is better informed and equipped to face the challenges at each stage of life in a positive and healthy way. My passion to support women at every stage of life is born out of my own journey through motherhood and menopause without advice, support and community. My classes and workshops are designed to ease the physical symptoms associated with each stage of life and to help women understand their body as they journey through the different stages of womanhood.My degrees in Bio Medical Engineering and Therapeutic Wellbeing give me a solid understanding of anatomy, physiology and neuroscience. These combined with yoga teacher training and a foundation in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction allow me to explain in clear and simple terms the effects of yoga on the body and mind.In 2017, I completed the Integral Yoga teacher training course in London and then achieved further certifications in Pregnancy, Post Natal and Menopause yoga. I currently work with mums to be, new mums and midlife women. I am a member of the British Menopause Society.I have been quoted in The Telegraph, Psychologies Magazine, Hip & Healthy, QVC Menopause Your Way, Apartment Therapy and Stylist magazine. I've been featured in Sheerluxe for best online yoga classes for women and in Take A Break magazine. I have appeared on podcasts for UK Health Radio, Unpause the Menopause, The Happy Menopause podcast and others. I was an expert pod host for the Peanut app and an ambassador and yoga content creator for Mojo Wellbeing, a subsidiary of Unilever. I was shortlisted for an influencer award in the category of Lifestyle & Wellbeing by the Magnified Influencer Awards committee in August 2022. .
