Concrete Production- Manage the operations of two subcontracted Ready-mix suppliers established on project property- Contracts management and administration to ensure that production, delivery, placing and quality of concrete meets the requirements of the contracts- Management of both strategic and rolling stocks of raw materials which are imported from neighboring states- Manage and certify all payments applications and certificate procedures in line with the contracts- Coordinate all concrete requirements and schedule the supply between all the stations and the tunnel works- Design and implement mix designs as per the project specification- Continuously optimization of mix designs and cost effective ways of production and supply
