Lead industrial and medicinal gases process starting on raw materials transportation, reception, production, packaging, quality control and delivery to the final customer.2. Develop and manage annual budgets (filling plants/distribution PG and LB/warehouses) ensuring the company's goals regarding de EBITDA.3. Develop and manage capex investments to ensure process continuity, supporting these with productivity, safety and/or reengineering projects.4. Manage the strategic plan for production/distribution/warehouses/asset control focus on to achieve the EBITDA established in the company; strategy on reduction cost.5. Implement and control management through KPIs, execute preventive and corrective actions in case of deviations.6. Lead commercial contracts with strategic service providers.

1. Lead process such as the merging of two companies, actively participate in EPC of the largest capacity plant in Perú and Perú SAP implementation2. Analyze and organize processes, to get the maximum levels of productivity and efficiency to reach goals sets shown as KPI.3. Develope productivity projects to reduce operational costs and improve EBITDA4. Ensure business continuity through proper operation and production planning of our filling plants along the country (Inert and flamables gases).5. Standarize procedures in accordance with technical standards (CGA, DOT, ISO).6. Ensure stock and operability (Hydrostatic Test) of containers (such as high / low pressure cylinders, cisterns, dewars, stationary tanks, portacryos, termacyls, etc.) according technical standards.7. Ensure the proper raw material supply (Cryogenic liquid bulk) for final clients.8. Keep the SAP updated with stock levels, charts, consumption, PM CM maintenance.

1. Supervise all the lifting activities for the Loading Arm Refurbishment with the support of a Jack Up Barge Crane 300Tn Capacity at the LNG Plant Melchorita Port - Perú 100 000 Man Hours (three months, extra services project) 2. Supervise all the lifting activities for the Fender Removal/Installation at the Perú LNG Melcohita Port. 3. Manage a variety of support services such as Scaffolding, Insulation, Cladding, cranes/Rigging and Painting activities, for the safe operation of the LNG plant4. Perform all Lifting Plans for the critical activities at the LNG Plant5. Responsible to implement and manage daily safe work procedures for the above disciplines and their associated works.6. Participate in project management meetings to evaluate current work schedule and progress.7. Update feedback on SAP about PM and CM8. Support Planing Crew providing information to estimate resources (man power, materials, man hours, equipments, tools), scope and time to perforw the project schedules.9. Follow up and control the execution of work ensuring a safe operation.

• Manage and coordinate the allocation of resources for the efficient progress for different activities from all disciplines in the project according to the work schedule • Supervise different areas such as Structures / Scaffolding / Pipe to ensure a safe and efficient methods of work; crew of 220 people • Perform daily progress reports for management • Conduct safety training Height Safety, Critical Lifting Operations, Confined Space, motivating the crew for our target Zero Incidents at the workplace • Ensure the high performance of different disciplines, ensuring that procedures and safety standards were reach/met. • Approve and verify Work Permits and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) to ensure safe procedures were consider as per the company requirements • Ensure the compliance of programs such as “I Care” and “Leading Indicator”
