My ideal job includes assisting others through my attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly. I met challenges and contributed to my company's success at my last job as technical editor where I worked for 15 years. Whether it was running and troubleshooting indexing software, maintaining or retrieving documents, I demonstrated my willingness to collaborate and get the job done. The past 5 years were done almost completely remotely.Through my personal hobby of blogging, I've gained many skills that include running a Wordpress website, creating content, and scheduling social media. This is where I do much creative writing as well as tutorials.Through my experience as a piano teacher (27 years) and concurrently a homeschool teacher (13 years) with classroom teaching experience, I am a proven teacher at heart.I'm a very independent, loyal, and opinionated person. As such I am a dedicated worker that can follow directions and do my best to make my supervisor happy. If I don't have the answer I'll do my best to find it without wasting my employer's time.I'm ready to combine all of my skills for that one special job that is either part-time or full-time, and preferably remote. Speaking of remote-- I'm completely comfortable communicating via Zoom, email, text, or by phone, as well as in person of course.
