CEO Office 2017.11-2019.3As the group is about to break through 2,000 people, facing the information efficiency dilemma and repeated information leakage incidents, it was appointed to set up an information asset management department , and report to the senior vice president of the CEO office.• Establish an information asset management system based on the ISO27001 standard, sort out statistics on information assets, and specify the security and confidentiality work.• Establish the Information Asset Management Platform, sort out cloud computing assets and IDC assets, monitor system efficiency and utilization status, promote resource consolidation and intelligent scheduling based on data from top to bottom, and reduce group information asset cost by 30• Set up the information security group, responsible for the implementation of the security system, irregular scans of the system security vulnerabilities and improvements, and found that many employees improperly use resources and code leaks, etc., greatly improving employee safety awareness and reducing the risk of security breaches.• Set up the blockchain research group, report directly to CEO, research blockchain technology and how to integrate into mainline business, write white papers, design and develop blockchain products and overseas distribution work.R&D Center 2011.6-2017.10Senior Director Reporting to CTO• Set up the Big Data Department. With the development of the business, the Group has an increasing demand for big data and recommendation systems. I’m responsible for establish and lead the big data department and completing the construction and improvement of the group’s BI system and recommendation system.• Assist CTO to manage the R&D center, including codec group, operation group, big data department, research group, innovation group, acquisitioned team, and assist the investment department to carry out technical DD, and technical support to the teams the group invested.
