- Take a leadership role in the development of Creaform’s business development initiatives for the Entry Level segment- Along with the Director of Business Development, define, develop and deploy a global strategy to maximize Creaform’s Entry Level presence on a global level- Manage a team of Business Development Managers and ISS / Administrators, covering the sales process “Lead-to-Cash” - Put in place and monitor KPIs which will drive and stimulate the Business Development team Entry Level- Manage control of expenses and cost-benefit ratios to keep margin levels in the expected range- Organize and optimize the Entry Level team to cover each region, with a detailed plan, actions and next steps- Report to the Director of Business Development on a regular basis on current status of segment, developments, deviations, adjustments of plan.- Organize weekly and quarterly reviews- Collaborate closely with internal departments to define and establish processes that are in line with the strategic development of the Entry Level segment as part of Creaform’s business development initiatives- Connect frequently with Creaform Country or Territory managers (direct or indirect channels) to promote and increase the Entry Level’s local commercial presence and support
