During my Articleship period at a fast-growing firm, I have learnt about the practical applicability of the Direct & Indirect Taxation provisions, Companies Act Provisions by working in the Direct Taxation, Statutory Audit & Internal Audit streams in the initial years. During the last year of articleship, I have worked in the Consulting division and learnt the business process of various industries, interacted with the client & presented comprehensive report on the Due Diligence, Financial Modelling & Loan Projections.
