Librarianship exists at the intersection of public service, education, and social work. While tremendously fulfilling, our profession also demands an extraordinary amount of dedication, energy, and emotional labor. I help librarians realize their full leadership potential without sacrificing their well-being.I have worked in public libraries for nearly 20 years. I have my M.A. in Information Science and Learning Technologies and I am currently pursuing my professional coaching certification through iPEC, an intensive coach training program accredited by the Society for Human Resource Management.Much of my career has been dedicated to training development – for both library patrons and staff. I now leverage my expertise to design learning experiences that help my clients create positive, lasting change within themselves and throughout their organizations.
