I was responsible for the preparation of transaction documents such as organizing the youth that were unemployed in Amsterdam and were taking for training in the administrative department of this organization. I also organized seminars and creative activities with the youth. I was also tutoring with micro-office software such as: Excel, Power-Point, Office, Publisher and Outlook.

Managed all transactions. Incoming and outgoing documents. Interact with suppliers and end users. Suppliers at the time were from China and Japan.

I served here as an administrative assistant to the disbursing officer of the Republic of Liberia. My main responsibility was entering of all return checks from all counties and cities that were not payout or pronounced unclaimed by owners in the various counties.I was also responsible to liaise with the Deputy Minister of Finance for Expenditure's office to collect every vendors checks for the disbursing officer approval.
