Maintenance of glass processing machineries for Architectural and Automotive applications.(CNC,PLC, Embedded, Mechatronics m/c).Planning and executing preventive and breakdown maintenance.Handle servicing of Utility machines like Compressor (Chicago,Elgi,Cummins,), Vacuum pump (Bosch), EOT cranes (3.2 T) and Diesel generators.Basic knowledge about S.T.P, R.O., D.M., Water treatment plants. Experienced in fabrication, erection, inspection, and testing of piping system as per isometrics drawing.Assign man power, tools and equipments in accordance with priorities.Organize material and equipments for upcoming job in advance.Responsible for all kind of inspection activities for incoming materials, according to checklist and standard.Inspect, supervise and plan work according to daily progress report.Ensure documentation of work, productivity and high quality of the subordinates and the sub-contractors activities.Responsible for the fabrication work in work shop and plant.Have knowledge about 5S,Sixsigma,TPMAchievementsPlanning and execution of modification in North glass HBT machine Furnace.Involved in installation & piping of Autoclave Machine, vertical single edge grinding and Midi Machines.Was able to eliminate machine failure to the minimum possibility.The service turnaround time was highly appreciated by the superiors.Underwent in-plant training
