Review of Sales Volume generated v/s collections made for around 1000 Retail Outlets for various Formats like Fresh / Hyper / Digital / Trend / Footprint / AutoZone ,analysis of collections, preparation of various exception reports highlighting key deviations and major area of concerns and providing suggestive course of action on a periodic basis. Review & Analysis of Receivable Clearing Control account for various mode of payment and coordinating with State Commercials/Retail Outlets/Banks/External Agencies for timely clearing of the same. Review & ensuring clearance of Exception appearing in Decision Support System highlighting deviation between Sales & Collection on a daily/Weekly basis for various payment modes. Interact & coordinate with SAP team for designing and implementing various systems & processes / developing & generating various reports in FICO module of SAP. Providing all necessary inputs to Accounts Consolidation team during quarterly/half yearly & annual closing of accounts. Co-ordinating with Reliance store across locations in operational activity related to banking requirement. Cheque mode Receipt for the entire Reliance format store wise. Acts as one point of contact for Pay- in-slip generation across location for Cheques deposition.Ownership for centrally managing the Cheque received from customers with respect to accounting, depositing and customer invoicing. Monitoring and controlling the Gift voucher and Smart Card (prepaid card) issued across Reliance stores for sales promotion and employee benefit with proper accounting and reconciliation.Heading a team of 18-20 members for the entire Reliance format Companies.Controlled all Vendor Queries related to their payments.Reconciliation of Bank Books with Bank statement of vendor Accounts and Bank accounts. Monitoring and controlling all the activities related to Letter of Credit, Bank A/C opening, Import remittance, etc

Solving Major Billing disputes related to Onnet wrongly charged, sms wrongly charged, Billed b4 activation, late payment charges, Khazana discount not given etc.
