I am Débora Pacheco, a professional passionate about nutrition and gastronomy, with a degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Cuenca del Plata and two online courses underway on Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics and Gastronomic and Food Sciences, which I will finish in December 2023. I aim to work on projects that integrate these areas since I have many skills and aptitudes for them.Currently, I am dedicated to nutritional food education in the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of Misiones, together with the Undersecretary of Disruptive Education, providing training and workshops on healthy eating to children, parents and teachers, with innovative and creative methodologies. In addition, I have my own alternative and healthy pastry business called Romanza, where I am in charge of marketing, advertising and the preparation of products, as well as their sale and distribution. I like to innovate, transform and create new and healthy dishes, with attention to detail and social skills. I have a great capacity to adapt to changes and different environments, I define myself as a proactive, positive and responsible person, confident in my abilities, skills and work skills. I am actively looking for a job abroad that allows me to grow in my profession, learn new cultures and train, always acquiring new knowledge updated to today's world. Therefore, I am committed and determined to give my best effort.
