The American Heart Association is a national organization dedicated to healthy living, education, advocacy and research related to the erradication of heart disease and stroke. As Director of Corporate Relations, I served as a senior member of the local development team and worked directly with the AHA's regional board members. Responsible for development of relationships in the corporate community and securing funding.

Ethics Resource Center is dedicated to promoting the highest ethical standards in the public and private sectors.The Ethics Resource Center provided organizational and business ethics consulting services, education and training to Fortune 100 companies and large not-for-profit institutions. More recently the ERC is a research insitution in the field of ethics. As the Director of External Relations, directed the start-up of the ERC Fellows Program with the President. The Fellows Program brought together CEOs, Chief Ethics Officers, Chief Compliance Officers of business and government, as well as those in academia, to discuss and address ethics issues in the workplace. Led strategic planning/business development process; instrumental in formulating 360 degree peer evaluation process; worked with Communications, Development and Consulting colleagues on special projects to include CD-ROM education.
