Prior to 2006, Nancy served as a customer relationship manager and Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) appraisal team member for a government contractor, and an inside sales/customer service representative for a reconfigurable computing architecture firm.Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems Management from University of Maryland. Chief Operating Officer: Mary Jane ("M.J.") EckertCo-founder M.J. Eckert has been our Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Lice Happens since its formation in January, 2009 and COO of Lice Happens Franchise Systems since its formation in October, 2012. From September 1999 to June 2010, she was a school nurse at Key School in Annapolis, Maryland. Prior to 1999, M.J.’s hospital nursing background included Med Surg ,ICU, and the Operating Room.
