Using my knowledge of the telecoms market and the Cerillion system and my experience of working with clients on all major continents I ensured business processes were mapped to Cerillion as effectively as possible to ensure smooth transition from existing systems and processes. After being asked to join Cerillion from Logica I quickly progressed from junior support analyst to become a senior member the support team, acting as the deputy for the support manager and as a technical lead for the whole team. Later, I worked as a lead for support projects, involving implementation of small functional enhancements and product upgrades for existing Cerillion clients.

Acting as a Cerillion system and telecoms expert for CamGSM on a number of projects over the years I was able to successfully implement a number of core CRM and billing system upgrades (one requiring a full migration from an Ingres- to an Oracle-based system), as well as perform analysis on business operations and functionality enhancements, followed by implementation and training on changes made, to improve efficiency within the company.
