As the head of the company's Design and Marketing department, my role encompassed a wide range of responsibilities. These included overseeing marketing campaigns and managing the company's social media presence. I was also responsible for product photography, catalog creation for various target markets, and event planning for trade fairs.In addition, I maintained direct communication with our production facilities in China and India, actively participating in the development and production of new products and brands.

I served in a customer support and sales capacity at an authorized Apple reseller for a period of one year. In this multifaceted role, my responsibilities encompassed customer interactions via telephone, email, and Skype. I also managed inventory and invoicing processes.During my tenure, I earned certifications as an Apple Product Professional (APP) and Apple Sales Professional (ASP). The store sells both Apple and Windows computers, and Epson and Xerox printers as well.

I completed an internship at the National Institute for Nuclear Physics (INFN) within the Department of Health Physics, where I engaged in a four-month educational program. During this period, I acquired proficiency in utilizing a range of radiation monitoring instruments and techniques.
