I have been able to collaborate with this star up for answering services. I was responsible of creating the reports and trackers our agents use on a daily basis. I am in charge of handling the payroll and HR duties for our agents. I deal with clients as support for our Sales Managers like providing basic information, collections and updates on their services. I helped in the creation of the scripts our agents use to help each client since I also work as a virtual assistance for some of our most old clients. I also have responsibilities like a team leader for our agents.

As community manager for D'Maize catering I am responsible for all the social media accounts from the organization. I translate the personality of the company to all social media content. I interact with our clients by receiving feedback and any suggestion that they have. I also assist to events and interact directly with the people to who we delivered our services so have their insight and real reactions about our food.

Direct contact with our client to create strategies to provide the best CS service. Analyze KPIs (NPS, CSAT, etc) to determine which are our AOO, provide feedback to our CS agents on how to improve our service, provide feedback to our client about the tool, service and features with insight from our agents and current players of our client. Also, I create motivational plans and reward system for all of those agents that contribute in an exceptional matter to reach out our KPI goals. This was for a multinational online social gaming company.
