Currently spearheading diverse operations across Nautilus Adventures, Baja Expeditions, and SeeCreatures, I manage an extensive array of departments to ensure seamless overall functionality.My role encompasses strategic oversight of shoreside operations department, including provisioning, transportation, and procurement, to support the dynamic needs of our adventurous operations.As the head of the accounting department, I oversee critical financial processes such as budgeting, asset management, payroll, accounts payable, and comprehensive financial planning for all three companies, working in tandem with external accounting firms to ensure fiscal precision and integrity.In the realm of Human Resources, alongside a deputy, we manage and support over 160 employees, fostering a culture of growth, efficiency, and engagement. Including a number of maritime crew for the Liveaboard operation. My responsibilities also extend to managing the legal affairs of all three companies, overseeing a broad spectrum of legal matters from administrative to labor laws, and coordinating both internal legal strategies and external litigation efforts.In addition to these core functions, I am frequently called upon for ‘corporate firefighting,’ where I apply strategic problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve unforeseen challenges, ensuring the stability and continuity of our operations.
