• Meet the client to identify target audience of the course in addition to look and feel, interactivity level, ect..• Create a production plan to ensure meeting deadline.• Analyse learning objectives and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design solutions that align with these. • Discuss styles, ideas of images and animations with designer and project manager before development.• Discuss with the voice editor gender of narrator and if we need 1 or 2 or 3 narrators for the course.• Prepares storyboard which contains advices on how best to present information, using the appropriate writing style to make information easy to understand, using a well written audio and video script.• Apply latest Instructional Design theories and practices.• Follow the development process with development team, and communicate effectively with them.• Review the beta version of the course and follow the implementation of QA comments.• Preserve project documentation and course folders during the project lifecycle.• Ensure the high quality deliverable to the client.
