Lunar was a new Kernel for Jupyter notebooks that bringing the serverless experience to the data science world. It allows you to process data at any scale without having to provision or manage cloud resources, leaving data scientists to focus on what they do best.Lunar's engine inspects your code and the data you're working on, chooses the best cloud resources to handle your code (compute and storage) and spins them up on your behalf. Then, it runs your workload in the cloud and returns the result right to your development environment (IDE / Jupyter Notebook), as if the code is running locally.

As a team lead I led a team of 4 developers that worked on a core area of our procurement platform.During that period I was also a part-time (that quickly became a full-time role) senior architect of our group. I was involved in mentoring developers and leading architecture reviews to advise on architecture and new features. Additionally, I exclusively took ownership over our group's DevOps, including our AWS infrastructure, CI (Jenkins), monitoring and more, using Terraform and Terragrunt. I also built dev tools that enabled every developer to easily create, manage and deploy new microservices within less than 10 minutes.One of my major contributions was introducing modern development processes to the team based on TDD and breaking our monolith into multiple microservices. These actions significantly reduced the amount of production issues and time to release, improved our stability, and increased the confidence of developers to deploy their code more frequently.Overall, my efforts as a Senior Architect at Tipalti played a critical role in driving the success and growth of the group by improving our development processes, enhancing our stability, and empowering our developers to work more efficiently and confidently.Tech stack: NX, NestJS, GraphQL, Lambda, React, AWS, Prometheus, Grafana, Jenkins, Terraform, Terragrunt.

Leading an engineering team (Backend and Frontend developers) who is responsible for building notifications platform for Wix users that was originally my initiative to make the Wix notifications experience much better than it was before.The platform allows Wix teams to send web, desktop, and mobile notifications, as well as SMS and emails, and it handles 1B notifications/month. Every product in Wix is using this platform to send notifications to its users.As part of my role, I'm in charge of managing the team members, running pair-programming sessions, and planning the product roadmap.Maintaining react-native-notifications, an open-source library for handling all the aspects of mobile push notifications in React Native, used by the Wix mobile app and many other react-native based apps.

Fully TDD and continuous delivery with very short development cycles (deployment every 4 mins.).Developed an event-sourcing/CQRS application for invoice management (Wix Invoices), which enables users to create invoices, send them to their customers and get paid online.Developed Wix Engage, a new way for businesses to communicate with their customers, based on rich real-time chat application. Engage is one of the core products in the CRM platform, and it combines a desktop app and mobile app as well.Created react-native-notifications, an open source library for handling all the aspects of mobile push notifications in React Native. Won an internal Hackathon (lasted a week across all Wix teams), with a project that suggested a huge improvement to one of the main steps in the conversion funnel, based on machine-learning algorithms.
