As a product manager at Lazada, one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia, I am responsible for developing and implementing intelligent supply strategies and search traffic mechanisms that enhance the user experience and increase the conversion rate. With the help of my team, I have successfully launched several innovative features and solutions that leverage AI and data analytics to optimize the platform assortment growth and traffic allocation;I have a strong background in software development, project management, and AI, thanks to my education and previous work experience. I graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a bachelor's degree in Information Engineering and Media, where I learned the fundamentals of software engineering, design, and media. I also obtained multiple certifications from Coursera and Microsoft in software product management, agile practices, and Azure fundamentals. Before joining Lazada, I worked as an innovator at Ramco Systems, where I developed and deployed chatbots using Microsoft Bot Framework and C#. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems. I am also enthusiastic about traveling, diving, cooking, and calligraphy.
