I had the opportunity to expand my skills at Graebel in March of 2007 as their Dispatcher. I supervised 30+ installers, movers, drivers, maintained truck inspections, Log books and worked with customers directly. In 2010 I was asked to become a "Project Coordinator" that allowed me to work directly with Intel staff. My customer service skills became more of an asset in this position. I manage work in progress, with Graebel and other Vendors to ensure the customers needs are done in a timely manner. Along with being a Project Coordinator I have also obtained the Title of an Ergonomist for Intel. I schedule meetings, review any issues they are encountering physically as well as taking preventative actions by advising/recommending alternatives in their work environment.
