I am a technical writer and a French translator with over 15 years of experience in IT industry and telecommunications. I have worked on large product documentation and training projects for companies such as Sigma Systems, Liberate Technologies, Canac International, Canadian National.As a technical writer, I have been recognized with an excellence award from the Society for Technical Communication.Until recently, as a technical writer and a manager at Sigma Systems — a global software developer focused on catalog-driven products for communications, media and high tech — I managed the Training and Documentation department, maintained a large documentation base of over 4,500 pages and created and implemented in collaboration a training curriculum of more than 30 high-complexity courses with labs.
