- Owner of the P&L, and Balance Sheet accounts- Forecast, Budget and Closing Process.- Provide management support within the Finance Team - Performing or overseeing financial procedures (receipts, payments, payroll).- Direct/monitor department workflow in order to meet weekly and period deadlines as well as keeping management informed.- Reviews and applies relevant laws, regulations, and legal opinions- Reviews grants budgets to assure compliance with the grant guidelines, timelines, and regulations- Coordinates financial audits during the year.- Coordinates annual physical inventory.- Oversees operations of accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure laws and internal control guidelines are followed.

• Owner of the P&L, and Balance Sheet accounts relative to the Operations (Inventory / A/P and A/R)• Forecast, Budget and Closing Process.• Ownership for the customer quoting process.• Participate in new product quote reviews. • Perform analysis of monthly financial results, and report results to the Customer Team and other site leadership as specified.• Review the P&L, analyzing any material variances from forecasted sales and/or contribution goals, which will require explanations.• Based on P&L analysis, communicate with members of finance, accounting, materials, procurement, manufacturing and program management to gather information in profitability analysis to reach site goals.• Identify gaps to quoted and expected margins, and drive improvement opportunities with the Customer Team.
