My partner, Yevgenia and I, founded sparkSTUDIO, an award-winning women-owned firm withexpertise in architecture and urban design.We’re both UC Berkeley grads, and I have an MBA from the best university in Belgium, alongwith a real estate development certificate from Cornell University, which helps me speak thelanguage of developers a little better than other architects.Part of our mission includes addressing the shortage of housing in ALL markets by designing andbuilding beautiful, functional projects in urban areas … without the usual stress, delays, andconfusion.Our goal is to deliver high quality creative work, design vibrant multifamily communities thatcall to mind “the American dream,” build the future our children want to live in, and make theworld a better place.We recognize that multifamily housing plays an essential role in culturally vibrant, healthycommunities, which often makes the stakes on these projects feel higher.
