I work as a teacher’s assistant (monitor) at the Fullstack Development course, my daily tasks consist of:* Helping students inside class with their struggles around different programming topics.* Teach classes for students who need reinforcement on a specific topic (HTML, CSS JavaScript, Python, SQL)* Revising and correcting students activities and projects, to assure they are learning how to code, fix bugs and then give appropriate feedback. * Provide technical reports about the classes being taught, to assure the good functioning of the equipments in class and the progress of those students with their learning.

Provision of essential operational and administrative support to ensure the success of daily operations, with a focus on delivering efficient customer service, fostering satisfaction, and promoting loyalty.Continuous development of skills in the use and management of business systems, including report extraction, data analysis, and troubleshooting.Active participation in the company’s application support team, contributing to problem resolution and driving continuous improvement and system optimizations.

Performance of diverse roles, including cashier operations, customer service, inventory management, and invoice control, showcasing organizational skills by accurately handling the inflow and outflow of goods, ensuring an efficient inventory flow.Gained practical experience in a retail environment, developing key skills such as communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, contributing to quality customer service and operational efficiency.
