Mobility coordinator and head of the internationalization strategy of Institut Jaume Mimó. In charge of Erasmus+ projects, from the funding request, to the selection process of the participants, the search for partners and the management of mobilities. I lead the center's Erasmus+ work team, which is in charge of disseminating and promoting international opportunities and provides support in project management tasks, among others.This position has allowed me to travel to visit partners, attend international events and develop cooperation projects and it has enhanced my intercultural communication and international relations skills. I am a vocational education and training teacher in the Commerce department at Institut Jaume Mimó in Cerdanyola del Vallès. I teach Sales Processes in the CFGM of Commercial Activities, Public Relations and Event Organization in the CFGS of Marketing and Advertising and Project in the CFGS of International Commerce. I am also the home-based teacher of the first year of CFGM of Commercial Activities.I have a project-based approach through which students acquire professional skills by organizing events such as a school open day, a job market and the presence of our school in a VET fair. In these projects, students work in specialized teams that must interact with each other. Students have full responsibility on their tasks. This enables students to learn in a very realistic and significant way. I have witnessed how this methodology motivates students: most of them decide to go the extra mile for the project, which they feel as theirs.

I am a teacher for high-school students in eleventh grade who have chosen an itinerary in Economics. The curriculum of the subject I teach, Business Economics, comprises several functional areas in a company: Marketing, Operations, Finance, Human Resources and General Management.
