I hold a Degree in Tourism from The Autonomous University of Barcelona (Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona) and I have a certificate in Advanced Vocational Training Cycles (CFGS) in Business Management and Marketing. Over the last few years I have been involved in duties directly with the public on managing hotel receptions, booking departments and also commercially. In 2013 I did a Tourist Guide Course - Natural spaces dynamizing, taught by the Regional Council of Baix Empordà in Gerona.I have also had the opportunity to visit and liaise with different NGOs and Humanitarian Aid Projects (Cultural Centre Olodum in Brazil, The Foundation Vicente Ferrer and Mumbai Smiles Foundation, India; supervision of a kindergarten run by the NGO “Otra Vida es Posible” (Another life is possible) in Camboya, etc). I have also had the opportunity to travel and live with different cultures in South America and Asia (2008-Brazil; 2009-Argentina/Chile/Easter Island/Brazil; 2010-Indonesia; 2011-Costa Rica; 2012-Senegal/India; 2014-Camboya; 2015-Thailand/Laos/Camboya; 2016-Cuba; 2017-India; 2018- The Philippines). I am a person with initiative. I have good people skills; I’m proactive and dynamic. I am accustomed to organizing, planning, solving problems including unforeseen ones independently, without needing constant supervision. I am highly skilled in coordinating, which allows me to carry out different tasks both simultaneously and satisfactorily responding to the needs of the company’s professionals as well as to the customers’ demands. I have good levels of both spoken and written English and French, in addition to extensive computer skills.
