I was responsible for planning content production and publishing at Portal EBC since its beggining, in 2011. Its audience achieved around 3 million users / month. We have always adopted Search Engine Optimization practices and observed Trends and metadata for amplifying the contents reach and for stablishing engagement conversation with people. At social media, we achieved almost 2 million followers in our main profiles on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Google+. I coordinated a team of 4 coordinators and around 35 people, including journalists, advertising professionals and webdesigners. In the last two months, as the Interin Web and New Media Executive Manager, I also managed the team of developers, in total around 45 people.

I was responsible for managing the whole multimedia newsroom products, including live broadcastings for president Dilma Rousseff at TV NBR, two TV News programes and the oldest radio programe, A Voz do Brasil, broadcasted nationally. I was invited to stay definitely as the manager, but I had already accepted an invitation to manage the public web newsroom. I was responsible for a team of almost 80 professionals, including producers, reporters, cameramen, video editors, text editors and coordinators.

I was responsible for all reporters working for TV NBR (the Brazilian State TV, during Lula da Silva's presidential term), TV Brasil-Canal Integración (the international Brazilian TV) and A Voz do Brasil, the national broadcasting radio programme – the oldest radio programme on air currently in the world. There I was responsible for restructuring the newsroom workflows, and installed with three other coordinators a multimedia workflow in 2008 (we were the very first multimedia newsroom in Brasília). That made us develop a big ability to work in group and to manage changes.

I came to help settling the newsromm of this bilingual channel (in Spanish and Portuguese), created for approaching Brazil and South American countries. We produced daily reports (Conexión) and two weekly programmes, Noticias de Brasil (in Spanish) and America do Sul Hoje (in Portuguese). Both were broadcasted by an average of 10 channels each. For some months, I was responsible for defining international strategies for cable TV distribution and planning and executing actions along with channels that were our partners in the continent.
