“I guess there are never enough books" - well, that quote by John Steinbeck describes a bookworm like me pretty well. As a kid, I thought my dream job was to be a writer, living in a small house with a garden. It seemed logical given my BA degree in German language and literature. From one angle, language as a living organism is a well-organized and structured system from the other though it can perfectly describe the inner chaos for creativity to arise.My personal and professional experiences have taught me these things about myself :- I have enjoyed different positions in my work life as a translator, customer support representative, project coordinator, and now SEO Off page manager. In my professional life, I have developed the art of effectively communicating with people by having a strong eye for detail. I also respect the good gut instinct but always seek data for my decisions.- I got my work in SEO, not in a typical way – I applied for a different position, and after several logical tests, I've been offered to start in this niche – tabula rasa. I love it!I’m now part of the SEO crew helping to increase the digital presence and build trust and awareness of the properties we run by applying different Offpage strategies and initiatives. Is this hard to achieve – well, it depends (that’s all for you digital marketers).- Working in such a challenging niche as digital marketing keeps me motivated! In my opinion, it‘s a symbiosis of analytical thinking on the ground and a creative approach on top.- “I know that I know nothing” and I feel comfortable with this! That’s why I am constantly learning. The most valuable lessons though, I got from my kids as they are my best and favorite teachers – yes, I am a mother of two, and they both are the masterpiece of my life!Well, that was the top 5 about me and my work at this point.
