As the Marketing & Sales Manager I developed and implemented strategic marketing plans, with a strong focus on brand awareness and brand image. In addition I ensured that our sales team could make the best use of their personal skills, carefully developed sales means and a selection of sales channels.

As a Marketing Executive I was responsible for developing leisure marketing campaigns and strategies, arranging the effective distribution of (offline & online) marketing materials, researching and innovating leisure products, organising marketing events and organising promotional photo shoots & film recordings. In addition, I supported the two Sales Managers in meeting the sales objectives concerning meetings, events, hotelrooms and offices onboard.

As part of the Marketing & Sales team I performed tasks related to marketing (AtL, radio, online, print), sales, content creation, market research, storytelling, public relations, events and customer service. In order to increase the number of visitors and meet the related revenue goals, we developed effective marketing campaigns, new attractions and themed events, all according to our well-thought brand strategy. We challenged the status quo of the customer journey on a daily basis, in order to improve the business.I have worked on several videos (television commercials & music video). My contribution has been the overall project coordination from concept to broadcast, including managing the external parties (advertising agency, research bureau, media agency) and the internal alignment.

As a graduation trainee I was jointly responsible for developing and coordinating meeting points at Dutch and international trade and consumer fairs in the field of tourism and recreation.
