As the Personal Assistant to our Managing Director, I wear many hats and take on dynamic responsibilities to support our company's growth and impact in the healthcare sector in Malaysia.✅ Point of Contact:I serve as the crucial bridge between our Managing Director and a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all levels.✅ Marketing Leadership:Leading our marketing department, I organize impactful outreach healthcare events and educational programs, driving our mission to enhance community health awareness. ✅ Human Resources:In my HR capacity, I manage all staff-related matters, including onboarding and offboarding processes, schedule management, and leave administration, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.✅ Project Management:I spearhead the exciting project of setting up a new healthcare convenience store at Kuching International Airport, bringing accessible healthcare solutions to travelers and the local community.✅ Expansion Initiatives:Additionally, I assist the management in the strategic planning and execution of setting up new pharmacy outlets, expanding our reach and ability to serve more communities with quality healthcare products and services.✅ Business Development: Exploring new business opportunities and forging partnerships with local businesses across various industries, driving growth and innovation.✅ Media Assistance: I assist our Managing Director with his TV shows, where he hosts and interviews successful business entrepreneurs in Sarawak, contributing to the creation of engaging and insightful content.This multifaceted role allows me to blend strategic planning, leadership, and operational management, driving forward our vision of accessible, affordable and available healthcare for all in Sarawak, Malaysia.
