I was working as a general practitioner at this hospital. Most of the time i was in charge for emergency room (ER).For the morning shift i was in charge for emergency room and general outpatient clinic.For the night shift i was in charge for emergency room and medical ward.This hospital located in small island in a remote area, where the transportation available at that time to reach this island is by 14 hours ship from the nearest big port which is located in a small city.

I was working as a contract general practitioner with PT. ANTAM Tbk which was placed in Puskesmas Perawatan Buli, Halmahera Timur (Indonesian Government Community Health Center in Buli, East Halmahera) as a part of the company community service to this area in health field. This Community Health Center has emergency service with inpatient care facility (around 20 beds) and general outpatient clinic which i was in charge for those department.
