With regards to my previous work actually, I have a lot of job experience I've been into modeling since 2013 I used to be a brand ambassador for different products or companies like Tanduay GSM UNILEVER, etc. With regards to BPO experiences, I have a 3-year of BPO experience.My very first BPO company is in Sutherland. It is actually a Customer Service and Sales Account.In my first year in the account I handled customer service - what we do there is we are assigned to do the refunds, update the account information or billing information, and answer some queries. And after a year our account turned into sales account what we did is we are actually selling anti-virus if you heard McAfee. That's my previous account so still, we do refunds however we need to convince the customer to stay with the product so we do upsell. I have also an experience in healthcare accounts. But it's a different company. I am a sales development representative our role is we are responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel. we must research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects, and qualify leads before handing them off to the closers of the sales team. So I am proud to say that I am one of the top agents in that company. I was awarded 3 ways in a row from December up to January as a 1st topper. I have a good customer service skills since I have experience handling customer service before,i can easily address what customer needs and resolve them immediately So I believe, this is one of the biggest advantages to be part of a growing company.
