• Installation, commissioning, maintenance / servicing, repair, and onsite support of KUKA Robot systems and SCA Schucker (now Atlas Copco) sealer systems to Daimler AG and Volkswagen VASS standards.• Assessed and upgraded / retrofitted installations to adapt to changing customer needs. (This often included diagnostic, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, as well as programming support, and spanned over twenty factories between the three primary cities that fell under my support jurisdiction.)• Liaising with customers regarding potential upcoming project suggestions, potential performance optimization, maintenance schedules, spare part inventory, and component sales.• Held onsite workshops to train customer employees on operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment provided by Jendamark Automation.• Provided certified (by KUKA College) KUKA Robot Operations Pro training at the Jendamark training facility in Pretoria, South Africa.• Development and adherence to safe working procedures and policies required by the different companies.Basic work conditions required a standard 43-hour work week, heavy lifting of up to 45kg, working at heights, travel, 24-Hour availability with quick response times, and ~50 hours overtime per month.
