As a Project Manager and Change Manager, I provide ongoing advisory services and solutions to alternative investment managers, asset managers, private equity firms, and other financial institutions.In this role, I am currently leading multiple implementation projects for Digitalization initiatives and Business Transformations, with a specific focus on the Real Estate sector. This includes overseeing the implementation of Anaplan and Workiva, as well as treasury model software. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, I ensure successful outcomes and deliver significant value to our clients.My expertise in project and change management, coupled with my extensive knowledge of the financial industry and Real Estate, enables me to make substantial contributions to the success of our clients and organization.

I have gained extensive experience in successfully managing multiple TRIRIGA implementations. One of my notable achievements was leading a multi-year Space and Lease Administration implementation that spanned over 100 countries. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing a team of developers, analysts, and support personnel to ensure the project's timely completion within budget and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.As a result of managing these complex implementations, I have developed expertise in managing projects, stakeholders, and financials, while also effectively leading teams towards achieving project objectives. My experience in project management has enabled me to understand the importance of maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and I am well-versed in project management methodologies.

During my tenure, I had the privilege to collaborate with clients in multiple capacities, some of which include:Developing and structuring comprehensive testing frameworks, including test strategies, plans, scenarios, cases, and execution, to ensure robust quality assurance.Facilitating discussions with clients to identify their current and future business processes, thereby creating a foundation for effective software design.Strategizing around end-user training, encompassing the creation of training strategies, materials, and execution plans, to ensure successful adoption of software solutions.Spearheading the development of a support team for second and third-level support, aimed at providing exceptional technical assistance and issue resolution.My experience has also given me a strong understanding of the technical and functional aspects of TRIRIGA.
