I was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and adopted into a great American family. I have always had an interest in inventory management from a young age, and it peaked during my time in the Army National Guard. In the Guard, I had tasks of making sure all the equipment my company was assigned was there at the end of the training cycle including weapons and ammunition and in-the-field gear. After the National Guard, my interest continued to increase especially during the COVID-19 pandemic when the news was constantly covering the various supply chain problems that arose on the west coast and the Middle East. I chose Auburn University because they have a top 10 supply chain program. Auburn's unique culture and well rounded alumni network made it the right choice for me to attend. I hope to use Auburn's various resources to have a successful career within supply chain management. I bring various skill sets that could be valuable to any organization. I have worked many hands on labor, including landscaping, maintenance, and farm work. I also have some experience with customer service, especially in the landscaping field.
