- Appraise FS for Hospitality Project- Provide Consultant Service related to Finance and Accounting to Owner

Responsibilities1. Controlling the financial system- Taking part in designing major process, SOPs for accounting and finance- Developing and implementing internal audit function- Reviewing and controlling the budget for entire Resorts and Villas- Preparing and reviewing Management Monthly Report (MMR) and Management InformationSystem (MIS)- Reviewing policy for pricing of new products and services- Managing system Opera, SAP, Loyalty Card to control risk and provide the solution to new policiesand sales programs2. Participate in key projects- In a switching system for front office software (CSS to Opera for 08 Resorts), upgrade accountingsoftware (From FAST 2.5 to 5.1 with many automatic functions to increase efficiency), switchaccounting software (from FAST 5.1 to SAP)Present: Coordinator to work with suppliers to resolve issues and upgrade the systems- Restructuring salary and benefit for more than 7,000 employees to motivate them and saveexpenses.- Establishing accounting department for pre-opening of 08 Resorts, 01 City Hotel and 01 GolfClub- Mentoring in Financial Controller Development PlanGains- Experience in strategy to increase efficiency and profit- Managing projects related many systems and under high-pressure

Accounting and support FM to control finance department- Preparing consolidated financial statements to comply with VASs and IFRSs- Consolidating budget and forecast reporting- Preparing monthly management report to FM/GM- Reviewing monthly, yearly tax report (VAT, PIT, WHT, CIT)- Reviewing contracts with tenants, vendors and contractor.- Checking payroll and documents from the HR department- Internal control task: ensure all procedures in Finance department compliance with policy,regular, SOP, work with internal audit.- Working with external audit and tax authority2. Project manager in the switching system for front office software (Fidelio to Protel) and accountingsoftware (SUN to SAP).Present: Coordinator to work with suppliers to resolve issues and upgrade the systemsGains- Experience in consolidating report, budgeting and forecasting- Analyzing serviced apartment operation for management- Managing projects related to many departments and under pressure- Organizing and managing the finance department
