• Assist in the development, construction and/or operation of over 3,000 MW of utility-scale wind and solar energy projects throughout the United States.• Review and negotiate the terms and conditions of: non-disclosure agreements, power purchase agreements, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts, purchase orders, asset sale agreements, multi-party development agreements, transportation agreements and various contracts used in the development and construction of renewable energy projects. • Manage all real estate matters for project development and financing, including title review, title policies and surveys.• Draft and negotiate landowner leases, easements and all real estate related agreements.• Manage corporate organizational matters, including entity formation, subsidiary management and resolutions.• Prepare state and county permit applications for renewable energy projects as needed.• Review Phase I environmental reports and assist with environmental compliance issues.• Oversee the maintenance of internal legal filing system and landowner databases to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements. • Assist with preparation of budget for projects, annual audits and corporate compliance with state and federal requirements.
