The education and training I possess began with obtaining my undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance. The knowledge, skills, and abilities that I possess stem from the complex statistical and analytical positions I have held in both the public and private sectors. I have been fortunate to develop experience and skills under vastly different circumstances, and in very different professional industries. I am passionate about fixing problems and finding solutions in my personal and work life. I connect ideas with solutions and implement them. Early in my professional career I found success in gathering, preparing, and disseminating critical analytical information specific to the emergency services industry. As an emergency 911 dispatcher, I received higher levels of training and experience that included data collection and analysis for enhanced sensitive law enforcement operations. Gathering, interpreting and disseminating critical information during life-threatening, high-risk situations. I've learned how to independently analyze, anticipate, and de-escalate emergency situations – at times successfully resolving conflicts over the telephone without utilizing law enforcement resources.Over the course of my career in the private sector, I've continually relied upon instinct and common sense to help me efficiently adapt to change. Often at times, I would wear many hats while tackling new objectives or projects successfully. Common assignments include the following: creating ads, social media marketing, creation of monthly newsletters and lead outflow. One of the more challenging projects include time-sensitive completion of company re-branding. I Maintained CRM databases to include out-bound communication between customers and company stakeholders to ensure policies and procedures are in compliance with FHA/HUD standards. I've also conducted internal and external trainings via web based platforms and managed Client Services.
