Filling in for the Property Manager while combining my position at Gradient, I supported the daily operations of a portfolio of several real estate properties by managing the organizational activities and assisting in the finance department with the use of QuickBooks. Additionally, I was given the challenge of fully transforming Gavecore to a digital platform by creating a Google Drive database and Virtual Mailbox set-up from scratch, which was successfully achieved within a short amount of time. Also functioning as the executive assistant, I handled the day-to-day activities and requests for both CEO’s.This wonderful experience unfortunately came to its end due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the associated difficulties for visa applications, extensions and renewals.

Working hand in hand with the Finance Director, I was in charge of the accounts payable, managing both vendor and contractor invoices & files on the Google Drive database, reconciling the bank statements, reviewing unusual credit card transactions, assisting in the budget reconciliation of projects, and investigating differences on the budget tracker against QuickBooks. I jumped into projects within the strategic department, leading Gradient’s award-related marketing efforts which resulted in the agency winning several key awards. Furthermore I was also responsible for keeping the house in order by handling the daily organization of the office, the onboarding of new team members, keeping track of requested PTO, and managing the general info mailbox.This wonderful experience unfortunately came to its end due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the associated difficulties for visa applications, extensions and renewals.

When I became a sales representative, I worked closely with the Sales Director and was responsible for both the sales of Savic’s pet products in the European market and pigeon rings worldwide. I developed strong sales techniques and improved my communication skills. On a daily basis I got in touch with clients from all over the world and therefore my extensive knowledge in languages was a great asset. Moreover, I learned to identify the customer’s needs, provide solutions and at the same time achieving the sales targets.
