- Follow strictly company sales strategies and targets;- Develop sales programs to accommodate company goals and objectives;- Market research, mapping and analysis;- Organize meeting, site survey, prepare a costing, proposal for potential customers;- Negotiate to sign the contract;- Build and maintain successful relationships with partners;- Manage customer needs, identify solutions & devise strategies to maintain competitive advantage;- Coordinate with Operations team to reply to customers’ requests and solve any problems;- Support other sales members to approach and negotiate with prospects and clients;- Negotiate with customers when there is any change in scope of work, service fee, renewal of contract; and- Other workload as assigned by Manager.

- Update all kinds of monthly reports, database;- Edit official communication letters to clients;- Translate letters, presentations, templates, brochures, proposals, and contracts;- Plan, coordinate and implement market & competitor research studies per location and relevant segments that support the overall marketing & sales strategy;- Work with suppliers for design and printing any marketing tools (panels, calendars, cards, brochures…);- Design menus, flyers, presentations;- Coordinate with subcontractors;- Update list of clients and budget suggestion for sending cards, gifts on Public Holidays or special occasions.
