Develop relationships with high-quality, ethical suppliers and ensure a consistent, reliable supply of silk.Create and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of finished products. Work closely with production teams to address bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and reduce waste.Develop and maintain cost-effective production strategies that balance quality with cost. This includes managing labor costs, material costs, and overheads, while maintaining a focus on high-quality output.
