The main responsibility was to select the branded generic products, to make system and the methodology of selection of branded products based on IQVIA and Cortellis data basis. Another duty was to give strategical opinion about product portfolio based on Profit and Lost calculation, to make price forecasting, global strategical analyses based on diseases, patient population for building product portfolio, focus on the oncology small molecule market analyse, prognosis and product selection for product portfolio. Additional duty was business issue - business negotiations with external customers (payment terms, price increase, cooperation), amendments of the agreements, supervision, to be involved in contract manufacturing agreement drafting, signing process, responsible for commercial content in manufacturing service agreements.

The role in the Medical Department. New products selection based on market trends, medical needs and company strategy - new formulas, patent free Rx drugs, OTC, food supplements. Projects evaluation, project drafting and presentation to the company Board. Responsible for new products addition to existing product portfolio. Information preparation , therapy guidelines analyse, marketing material information review based on local legislation. Medical information validation based on clinical research, therapy guidelines and internal data.
