My Bachelor of Science degree in forestry resulted in a career with US Fish & Wildlife Service and US Forest Service in forestry, wildland firefighting and wildlife biology. Having returned to Upstate SC from our family's expatriation to France, my familiarity with Upstate natural areas and local conservation organizations has led to my work with the Stone Academy garden, and in leading weekly educational excursions into local natural areas. I am currently serving on the Board of Roper Mountain Science Center Association and as a CTC Representative on the Sterling School Improvement Council. You can also find me coaching a First Lego League robotics team at Charles Townes Center!
