• Demand & Supply Planning: Consolidate customer's order, review stock, generate and monitor the supply planning to replenish goods from suppliers.• Purchase Order Management: Create Purchase Order and perform procurement functions in system; Coordinate with suppliers to follow up PO, shipment schedule, status and document.• Import-Export: Coordinate with forwarders and relevant personnel for Import-export documentation and process e.g. license, Medical registration, customs clearance, goods receipt etc; Reconcile and coordinate for tax payment or refund(if any).• Order Fulfillment: Receive customer’s requests from sales and coordinate with supplier and related departments to ensure orders to be delivered to customer’s site on time, including solving related issues; Handle customer’s complaints.• Inventory Management: Perform the system movement transaction to be in line with Company’s policy; Coordinate Logistics Department to minimize the discrepancy between system report and physical stock, close the discrepancy (if any); Keep close contact with Logistics Department to ensure goods delivered correctly and in full quantity following FIFO rule; Make sure stock take is performed as guideline and submit the report on time.

• Placing the order weekly and follow up PO process. • Check through the required importation documents from sources and coordinate with local distributor to validate or do any amend of documents. • Contact with regulatory team to collect to quality documents for shipment. • Monitor and follow up with manufacture sites to claim any missing, damaged, excess stok as regulated procedures.• Keep track the shipments as assigned until the receiving at the distributor door.• Any required task for checking inventory reports from distributors.• Participant of stock count at distributor warehouse and auditing distributor – Zuellig Pharma, Sapharco, Thanh Giang Co.,…• Training to distributor about safety storage as manufacturer’s standard.
