I am a leader with a strong vision and passion for business, people and society. I am on a mission to balance these three passions and inspire others. I would describe myself as a business woman with natural people skills and the objective to inspire people to become the best version of themselves. I feel at home within an innovative technology environment, either scaling an existing business and/or setting up a unique value proposition and differentiating culture.Since 2013, I have have started and scaled businesses in the technology sector, both consulting as well as solution businesses. My role was always in leadership, either as founder or CEO: starting from a blank page, scaling with an external shareholder, starting or scaling in an ecosystem. The type of organisation I want to build has a positive work environment, where people are driven, humble, EQ-savy and have a growth mindset.
